HOW RANKING WORKS

Valorant uses a competitive ranking system with 9 tiers, each (except Radiant) divided into 3 sub-tiers. Your rank is determined by your Match Making Rating (MMR).

Winning matches increases your Rank Rating (RR), while losing decreases it. At 100 RR, you promote to the next tier. At 0 RR, you risk demotion.

Immortal and Radiant ranks use a regional leaderboard. Only the top 500 players in each region achieve Radiant status.
