ValoHub is a solo-run project. Most messages receive a reply within 5 business days. Urgent legal or safety matters are prioritized.
What to write about
- Bug reports, data corrections, broken links, or feature suggestions.
- Press, partnership, or commercial inquiries.
- Privacy and data-rights requests (access, deletion, opt-out). See the privacy policy for what data is available.
- Rights-holder takedown notices, including DMCA-style requests (see below).
Takedown notices (DMCA-style)
ValoHub respects the intellectual property rights of Riot Games, Inc. and all other rights holders. If you believe content on this site infringes a copyright or trademark you own or are authorized to act on behalf of, please send a written takedown notice to [email protected] that includes all of the following:
- Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A clear identification of the copyrighted work or trademark you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on valohub.co where the allegedly infringing material is located, plus a description of the specific content.
- A statement, made in good faith, that the use is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Properly formed notices are acted on as quickly as possible, typically within 5 business days. Repeat or material concerns will be escalated. Submitting a knowingly false notice may create legal liability under applicable law. The DMCA is a United States statute; this process follows its general form so that international rights holders have a familiar template, without implying that ValoHub is subject to US jurisdiction.
