Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of ValoHub (the "Site"), an independent, unofficial Valorant companion website operated by slendertaker (referred to as "we", "us", or "the maintainer") from Indonesia. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Eligibility

The Site is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in jurisdictions where that is the applicable threshold). By using the Site, you confirm that you meet the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to do any of the following while using the Site:

• Scrape, crawl, mass-download, or otherwise extract data from the Site or its APIs in bulk, including via automated tools, without prior written permission.
• Bypass, evade, or attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or other security measures.
• Submit Riot IDs or other identifiers belonging to other people in a way that could constitute harassment, stalking, impersonation, doxxing, or any unlawful purpose.
• Use the Site to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, including the rights of Riot Games, Inc.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or any associated infrastructure without explicit authorization.
• Introduce malware, denial-of-service traffic, or other harmful code or content to the Site.
• Frame, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the Site in a way that misrepresents its origin or affiliation.

We may suspend, throttle, or block access to the Site at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Riot Games intellectual property

VALORANT and all related characters, names, marks, emblems, graphics, and images are trademarks, service marks, or copyrighted material of Riot Games, Inc. ValoHub is an unofficial fan project and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Riot Games, Inc.

Riot Games' official legal information, including its Terms of Service and policies on fan content, is available at riotgames.com/en/legal. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, license, or interest in Riot Games' intellectual property.

Third-party services and content

The Site relies on third-party services (including, without limitation, valorant-api.com, the Henrik API, VLR.gg community APIs, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Umami, Adsterra, Upstash, and the Site's hosting provider) and may link to third-party websites. The maintainer does not control these services and is not responsible for their availability, content, terms, or privacy practices. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Adsterra serves several ad formats, including standard display banners (including a sticky anchor banner pinned to the bottom of the screen), in-feed native units, a Social Bar overlay docked to the edge of the screen, and a Popunder that may open a single background tab on interaction. Standard banner and native ads, including the sticky anchor banner, may appear on any page; the Social Bar and Popunder overlays may appear on any page except the player-lookup pages.

No warranty

Game data, statistics, meta tier lists, esports scores, player profiles, leaderboards, store rotations, news links, and any other content on the Site may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the maintainer disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. You use the Site at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the maintainer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, ranked progress, or in-game items, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The maintainer's total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Site shall not exceed the greater of the amount you have paid to use the Site (USD $0 for free browsing) or USD $10. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, in which case the above limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the maintainer and any contributors from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of or access to the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any applicable law or any right of any third party.

Takedown notices (DMCA-style)

The Site respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to properly formed takedown notices. The notice format follows the general structure of a US DMCA notice as a familiar template for international rights holders; this does not imply that the Site is subject to US jurisdiction. Submitting a knowingly false or misleading notice may create legal liability under applicable law.

Termination

The maintainer may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms or applicable law. The Site may be modified, discontinued, or taken offline at any time without notice. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing-law clauses.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the competent courts located in Indonesia, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence require otherwise.

Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, surfaced on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, stop using the Site.
